In this two part series an old high school friend, Lia, joins me to talk about the aspects of mental health, sexual identity and how that can impact relationships. Lia tells her story of identifying as bisexual at a very young age and how she attempted to conceal who she was. We discuss her journey on discovering herself, her identity and working through her mental health to shape her in to the person she is today. She's in a healthy, loving relationship with her fiancé and most importantly has a great relationship with herself.
