Mental Health is has been on the rise for the past couple of years and this is a topic that is very close to my heart. The Arab world is definitely not unique here. There are so many Arabs dealing with mental health issues and the dismissal of the problem is only making the issue bigger. I dive deep into the topic because this needs to be talked about.
