Shelley Giglio is the Chief Strategist, Director of Label Operations and Artist Management for sixstepsrecords an Atlanta-based record label, including artist such as Crowder and Passion.

She and her husband, Louie began Passion Conferences in 1997 and in 2009 planted Passion City Church, with multiple campuses throughout Atlanta and in Washington, D.C. They lead the Passion movement and are committed to spreading the fame of Jesus Christ to college students around the globe.

In addition, Shelley leads a gathering for the women of Atlanta called, The Grove.
