Dr. Bianca Crudup, affectionally known as Dr. B, is a Clinical Psychologist and the owner of Crudup Psychological Services in Tampa Florida. Dr. Crudup obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Spelman College (2009) and her Master of Arts (2013) and Doctor of Philosophy (2016) degrees in Clinical Psychology from the University of Mississippi. On this week’s episode we explore some of the stigma’s, historical beliefs and progression that mental health has played within the African American community. Dr. B helps to bring her vast knowledge into this conversation and provide tips and tools for us moving forward.
