Mrs. Rashi Laskari, is a counselling psychologist , practising in Mumbai for 10 years. She also heads the team at Inner Light Counselling Centre. She uses an eclectic and collaborative approach to psychotherapy & counselling. Her experience & extensive training allows her to work flexibly with individuals, children, adolescents , couples & families. Dr. Neeharika Jaiswal is a neuropsychiatrist dedicated to spreading mental health awareness and removing the stigma around mental health issues. Dr. Avinash Desousa is a consultant psychiatrist and psychotherapist with a private practice in Mumbai. He has over 300 publications in national and international journals. He is one of the few psychiatrists who in addition to a psychiatry degree has an MBA in Human Resource Development, a Masters in Psychotherapy and Counseling and a MPhil in Psychology. He is also the editor of a journal called 'Indian Journal of Mental Health'.

Ms. Alisha Lalljee is one of the few mental health professionals who has specialised in both counselling psychology and special education, having attainted a master’s degree in both disciplines. 
She uses innovative methods in her work to help individuals cope with their psychological problems, with an emphasis to make them more self-reliant and resilient. She also believes in eclectic and integrative counselling techniques that focus on holistic individual development combined with effective problem-solving techniques which help the individual cope in a practical manner.

Dr. Payal Sharma Kamath is a Psychiatrist practicing in Mumbai and has an overall experience of 10 years in psychiatry and associated fields. Her core skills include accurately diagnosing and managing psychiatric conditions, excellent counseling skills and empathetic attitude. 

Apart from managing adults with psychiatric problems, she takes a special interest in looking into and managing child psychiatric conditions, counseling children and parents. 

Dr. Nishtha Gupta is a MBBS, MD psychiatry resident and Mental Health Coach. She has represented India at the World Psychiatry Association in 2021. 

Her special skills include REBT (Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy), anxiety disorders, depression, LGBTQ education and trauma.  She is extremely passionate about creating awareness and de-stigmatising concerns related to mental health and is putting efforts in public awareness with the motto ‘It’s okay to not be okay!’.

Ms. Devanshi Niren Vikamsey is the founder of the Therapeutic Space. She is a Counseling Psychologist with a specialised Degree in Child and Adolescent Psychology(MSc) from London. She is also a certified Graphologist, presently pursuing her PhD in Psychology from London. She has her own private practice in Mumbai - providing online therapy and Counselling to Indians worldwide. She is also volunteering at Citta, India as an emotional support counsellor.

She has taught and nurtured more than 100 children from different family backgrounds, successfully preparing them for their future endeavours. She is a trained teacher and has worked as a teacher for 8 years.

Along with a double masters degree, she has also been professionally trained in various certified courses like, Early Childhood Education, shadow teaching, Child Psychology, basics skills in testing and counselling and many more.

She is keen and motivated to work for the benefit of people who are going through mental health challenges.

Volunteering at NGO's, Suicide Prevention Helplines and Child Care Organisations has motivated her to share her knowledge and expertise within our society.

In London she has worked as an intern at NHS CAMHS, Bromley and De Vere Care, where she worked as a trainee psychologist for autistic children. She is currently teaching underprivileged children in London and is open to online/telephonic counselling.

Ms. Astha Anand is a certified & trained therapist practicing out of Delhi right now. 

She is best described as someone who wants to learn, unlearn and relearn behaviours. 

She has completed her Bachelor's in psychology from Delhi University, her Masters in psychology (HRDM) from Christ, Bangalore and her Post Graduate Diploma in counselling and guidance psychology from St. Xavier's. 

Her belief is that everyone can change and there is scope for improvement in all of us. We need to wear a non judgmental lens and start working towards our growth. Seeking support and therapy has helped her grow as an individual and that is why she is inclined towards helping people and therefore got into this and professionally started practicing as a therapist. 

She wishes to create a world where everyone can access therapy without being scared. Her mission is to normalise therapy and everything around it.

She also runs an Instagram page called Theperspectiveco. which is all about her perspective on therapy and mental health, and the sole purpose for that page is to spread awareness and psychoeducate people.
