In this episode, I am speaking about mental health. I am sharing a few data with you that demonstrate that there is a lot of psychological suffering going on in today`s world. I am trying to define what being mentally healthy means and taking you on an excursion into the amazing world of Ayurveda where we explore the three different Doshas. It is my hope that in doing so you get a clearer picture of your natural, most balanced state of self-abd where you have maybe fallen out of this balance. I am also hoping that this helps you to see that you are not broken - simply not in a state of innate harmony - and that there are a lot tiny ways how you can come back home to a more balanced, feel-good YOU.
