To kick off the start of Mental Health Awareness Month, the ladies have a very special guest on this week’s episode, Chelsea (Cheltzie’s fraternal name twin). All three ladies discuss different aspects of life that affects their mental health and how they have healed and are healing from it. From childhood to parenthood to mental health during covid, the ladies touch on each of these topics and more. As, always, the ladies end the discussion on a positive note highlighting  things that help them through their struggles as well as the beginning of a beautiful friendship.
