As we begin to exit COVID we will be faced with the results of a global trauma and re adjustment and also the debilitating effects of "long COVID’"

The world of HS&W had already turned fully to the issues of fatigue and mental health and their impact on KPIs such as accident rates and the "above the line" or citizenship behaviours required to build a strong culture of care.

Tim Marsh, author of books such as Organised Wellbeing, Definitive Guide to Behavioural Safety will discuss his holistic and integrated ‘blue pie’ model of thriving and the causal link between mental health issues, error and accidents.

In particular we will discuss the WWF model – which considers situational awareness and distraction, fatalism and anger and frustration.
