The 2017 Berlin Marathon has arrived and Damian is running for memory of his late brother, Patrick.

There is 26.2 miles ahead of him and the MenTalkHealth family is there to cheer him on every step. Join us as we follow Damian on his journey before, during and after his very personal challenge and meet some other great runners with their own stories to tell.

All money raised goes to our wonderful friends at Mind.

Not only has she been guiding Damian and Davey through the perils of making this show, she has also had her own mental health issues to deal with. After making some brave choices, Eli decides to share her history of panic attacks. Political correctness goes out the window as we learn to find joy in everyday sexism, what it's like to be 8 months pregnant for 2 years and the difficulties of going through puberty as an adult. Expert tears, or laughter.

Sex talk is on the cards once again as Davey and Damian get honest with Steve and Alex, two guys living life with HIV. Although there's a lot of laughter and smutty talk along the way, it seems that one of the biggest challenges of living with HIV today is managing your mental health in the face of stigma and prejudice from even you own community.
