First dates are awkward. Both guys and girls can be self conscious going into it. I think girls tend to think into things more than guys do. However, girls do hide it better. On this episode of the Mentally Screwed podcast i turn the tables and give my example of what it would look like if a guy thought into things as much as girls did. Don't do this before a date. Anxiety before a first date can be rough. But take some breaths, and think about this "what not to do" video. Enjoy!
