  • S1 E6: Is Life a right or a gift?

    Send us a text

Time does not wait for anyone. However you choose to spend it is your choice. What you neglect to do today, at this very moment, is gone, you can not make up for it. The Imam made the point that the number one request for the people who already passed, is to have one more chance to come back to life and do the right thing, do good deeds, to be closer to their Maker. We all know that it is a request that’s never granted. So why don’t we avail ourselves of the opportunities that we have to do good before it is too late? When we think of life as a right, we tend to take it for granted. We live as if it was eternal. Therefore we put things off telling ourselves that we will come back to them. We can play now and work later, we can party now and worship later, not realizing that “later” is not under our control. The only time we have control over is NOW, not yesterday, not tomorrow, but now, this very moment. Because we were all endowed with a free will of choice, what we do with this moment is up to usenjoying these episodes, if so please share with you friends and family. • S1 E5: Choose your circle wisely

    Send us a text

In this Episode, I want to share a profound insight that holds the potential to revolutionize both your personal and professional spheres: the importance of carefully curating the company you keep. Those around us can either elevate us to new heights or drag us down. They can acknowledge and amplify our efforts, fostering positive contributions to our growth, or they can deplete our energy with perpetual dissatisfaction. The decision of who we allow into our lives is pivotal to our personal contentment and success.

  • S1 E4: Life is beautiful if you can't see "it".

    Send us a text

In today's episode I am discussing how a change in the way we see things can make life beautiful. Life is beautiful, if you can’t see it! If you can’t see the doom and gloom, if do your best to see the good in everything, everyone, and everywhere then of course life becomes a beauty. If you refuse to see the negative, analyze, look at, go thru any situation with a positive mental attitude, then life is beautiful. It, is the dark side, the impossible, the limitation, anything that prevents you to be the best you can be regardless of your situation.

  • S1 E3: Embracing Growth Mindset

    Send us a text

In today's episode, I am exploring the concept of mindset—specifically, the difference between a growth mindset and a fixed mindset, and how adopting a growth mindset can transform your life.

The mindset we adopt profoundly influences our behavior, attitudes, and outcomes. Individuals with a growth mindset tend to embrace challenges, persist in the face of setbacks, and see failure as a stepping stone to success. In contrast, those with a fixed mindset may shy away from challenges, give up easily, and view failure as a reflection of their abilities.

  • S1 E2: Run your own race

    Send us a text

"If you see life as a competition, you are bound to lose" is mantra that is worth reflecting upon. That is exactly what I am inviting you to consider in this episode of Mentium.

Never compare yourself with someone else, you will always lose, only compare who you are today with who you were yesterday, if there is a progress, no matter how little it is, YOU WIN.
