My guest this week is Bob Ruffo, former Bodybuilder as well as a Strength and Conditioning coach for for both young and active agers as well as professional athletes. He continues to be an advocate in the Fitness industry and is an ambassador at Body Fit Health Club. 
A devoted family man, he is always gracious with his time as well as his knowledge.
He is one of my biggest Mentors!

My guest this week is Tim Burke, Tim started his career in the hospitality industry in the late 1970's before moving on to a distinguished career in the Car Rental industry that spanned over 20 years. 
He is now a successful Real Estate Agent for Re/Max Hallmark Realty Ltd. in Toronto, ON Canada. 
Tim's passion for people has always made him a Leader and he has been instrumental in mentoring and propelling many young people's careers over the years.

My Guest this week is Rick Todd. a Canadian professional golfer who played on the PGA Tour, Nationwide Tour, Asian Tour, Japan Golf Tour and the Canadian Tour. Todd was born in Toronto, Ontario and also lived in Stouffville Ontario. He played college golf at the University of Texas at El Paso and was elevated into the El Paso Hall of Fame in 1984.Rick has played and competed with some of the biggest names in Golf. He won three times on the Canadian Tour between 1991 and 1997.     Now retired from the circuit, he is the Head Men's Golf Coach at UC Riverside where he continues to mentor young promising Golfers.
So let's Tee It Up and and take an inside look at the world of Golf, some wonderful stories and memories of just exactly what it’s really like before you hit the 19th Hole.
