Whether you like it or not, fellow EMS/Fire providers look up to those around them! It may be the new guy, the student or even someone just watching you on the fire ground or EMS calls. I host Ryan with "Young Officers on Fire" and we talk about mentorship in EMS/Fire. Maybe you want to mentor others, have to mentor others, or you are looking to grow and want to be mentored! All of these things can be a little intimating. Hopefully this will get you started mentoring or successfully being a mentee!
