Our topic for today is disowning yourself, all the different ways that we can.

Disown ourselves. We'll talk about what that means, what it means to us, personally. We'll talk about what it means to our marriage, to our relationships. And just for a little context, last week we were saying that, if you have a front end alignment on your car that's out of alignment, that then it erodes your tires.

It wears your tires. It causes problems. Avoiding or neglecting or Not really addressing an issue doesn't make it go away. In fact, it starts to show up in other areas of your life in different ways that then need to be addressed. It's compounding the problem. Today's discussion about disowning yourself builds on that.
