Join me and internationally acclaimed award-winning online marketer, three times best-selling author, top podcaster, and speaker, Scott Aaron as we talk about being psychologically unemployable, his journey from entrepreneurship to coaching, overcoming a workaholic tendency, and creating a three-day workweek to work less and live more.

Fully immersing himself in learning LinkedIn and social media strategies, he quickly gained traction as a leader in generating results for other entrepreneurs, online business owners, and business coaches.

As a coach, mentor or learning service provider, you want to help others learn and grow, and you are on your learning journey. Coaches who have been in the industry for a while often get jaded due to a lack of results and face self-doubt and imposter syndrome. Clients often come to me who have been working with big-name success coaches after laying out thousands or even tens of thousands of dollars over several years and failing to recoup their costs, let alone make a profit. When they start to ask questions, they are told they are being negative and uncoachable and to stop complaining. They are made to feel it's their fault they haven't gotten the results promised.
Here's what I tell them about the success industry, why you should never guarantee success and what you can do instead to handle risk and risk reversal with your clients to avoid leaving them with the same sense of shame or failure if things don't go according to plan.
I had the great pleasure of speaking with Faris Aranki, CEO and founder of Shiageto Consulting recently.
Faris started out as a schoolteacher working in different countries, before moving into the business world working for an energy company. He then moved into strategy consulting, which took him to collaborate with numerous clients. Eventually, he took the leap to leverage all his experience and set up a firm helping other businesses improve their effectiveness.
He joined me to share his insights on business success, specifically his success formula, Success = IQ x EQ x FQ, and to explore how coaches can up their focus quotient for best results.
Six years ago, Kevin Shroads was diagnosed with brain, testicular, and thyroid cancer. After treatment, he changed his life, travelling the world, and exploring modalities of deeper healing and transformation.
Now, Kevins's mission is to serve the cancer community as powerfully and beautifully as he can as a coach for cancer patients and those in remission from cancer. He also hosts Plant Medicine Healing and Transformation retreats in Peru to provide space, time, and community to journey into deeper healing beyond the physical cancer.
Kevin has also created a Cancer Support Facebook group to support people on their journey with cancer.
Join me as I speak with Kevin about his journey from cancer warrior to retreat guide and discuss some of the things coaches wanting to offer retreats need to consider.
