Jay Siemens joins the JMO Podcast for another great fishing conversation. Tayler and Jay talk about the importance of mentorship in the angling community. Brand new fishing opportunities are being discovered and talked about regularly yet overall fishing participation in the United States hit a peak 30+ years ago. It is up to today's anglers to usher in the next generation and teach them good fishing practices. Hopefully this conversation will remind anglers how important it is that we mentor more people into fishing as well as how to take the first step in that direction.
