What does it actually mean to draw near to God?

In Exodus 24, everything changes. After delivering His people and giving the Ten Commandments, God doesn’t just give instructions—He establishes a covenant, provides a mediator, and invites His people into His presence.

This chapter reveals a powerful truth: following God is not just about being saved from something—it’s about being brought near to Someone.

This message unpacks how discontentment drives what we take, how we twist truth, and what we desire—and why a society can’t truly flourish unless the heart itself is transformed.

But this isn’t just about what we avoid. It’s about what God is forming in us.

Contentment isn’t found in having more—it’s found in trusting that, in Christ, we already have enough.
