In Galatians 1:1-5 (and in the book of Galatians as a whole) we see that The death and resurrection of Jesus creates a diverse family born to a life of ongoing transformation by the power of the Spirit. That’s God’s Very Good Idea! And it’s worth giving your life away to! 

In Psalm 133 we see that unity is more precious than we believe and more impossible than we acknowledge but in Jesus it will mark the most random group of saints imaginable.

In Psalm 127 and 128 we see that impacting future generations is a worthy investment backed by the promises and the power of God and exemplified and secured by Jesus. The dividends are immeasurable.

In Psalm 112:1-10 we see that the way of God’s wisdom is the way of God’s promised blessings. And in Jesus all of those promised blessings are “yes” and “amen”.

In Psalm 73:1-28 we see that the world’s promises of satisfaction will betray you, but God’s promises never will. And when we turn to Jesus, we find Him to be more than enough.

In Luke 16:19-31 we see that as a culture we have a horribly wrong view of success and failure. Because in eternity none of it matters.

In Psalm 49:1-20 we're shown that nothing this world has to offer can register any weight on the scales of eternity. Only Jesus can. And He has. Seek Him! And follow Him fearlessly.

In Psalm 37:21-40 we see that in a world where wrongdoers win, our actions must be motivated by our eternal inheritance not our temporal experience. So commit to God’s way and hold on to Jesus.

In Psalm 37:1-20 our reaction to wicked people’s success must be rooted in God’s presence and representative of God’s promises.
