In 1 Corinthians 1:18-25 we see the wisdom of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing but it is power to those who are being saved.

In Hosea 6:1-3 we see that God’s past patterns of bringing dead things to life are in the bedrock of our faith in the future promises of resurrection and this future hope of resurrection infuses our present life with strength to remain faithful to the end.

In John 20:11-18 we see that the resurrection of Jesus means Jesus is present with you now, even in your deepest pain. And even if you don’t see Him today, at the right time, you will.

In Romans 8:1-11 we see that if you’re truly a Christian today, Jesus’s resurrection is your resurrection and His resurrection is more powerful than your past. Because Jesus is alive. Your condemnation is dead.
