Ismaeel Hayter is fifteen. He runs his own window and car washing business, is taking on young "trailblazers" this summer, and works with the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine to break the stigma around diabetes across the city. Sue Gregory is chief executive of Everton in the Community, the charity reaching young people from a 13 million pound campus in the shadows of Goodison Park and 167 locations across the region, including its People's Place mental health hub.
