EPS 62 | Exploring GRIEF (those gone & those disengaged) Part of being a “little human” is being able to process challenging situations really well. To think we’re not gonna feel bad or be emotional at times is ridiculously impossible. So I’m suggesting we GET GOOD at it. Hope this helps. This is a share that has to do with EMOTIONAL MASTERY. When I listened back it sounded like I needed to adjust my halo (smile giggle giggle).
