I love this pub because smart, caring observant people gravitate there. I met 3 dudes in their mid- 20’s- we had a inter generational conversation- we got fired up to share and try and solve with our observation and experience- it was fire. I wish you were there. I can’t wait to record another candid gathering of minds.

42 is on the horizon and the season says purge, renew- contemplate purpose 🤷‍♀️ patterns are strong and sometimes scary

Are we meant to sit still? I’ve never thought so- not for too long- mobility in mind, body and spirit leads to freedom. Some movements are bigger and take more muscle groups. Some movements are subtle but incredibly effective. You define your worth in purpose- everyone has its agenda. Find one you can live with.

Life keeps on moving- I keep recording but not always sharing. This one speaks to artists under the radar.
