Welcome to the latest episode of our podcast, where we discuss the ups and downs of everyday life. In this episode, we're going to talk about what we have been up to the last 3 weeks and how life can sometimes get in the way the things we want to do. 

We all have busy lives, and its not uncommon fo us to get caught up in the day-to-day grind. But when we're away from the things we love for an extended period of time, it can be challenging to get back into the swing of things. Whether its work, family, or personal obligations, its easy to get over whelmed and lose sight of the small things that make life worth living. 

But in the midst of our hectic schedules, it's important to take a moment to appreciate the little things. Maybe it's a simple 10 seconds of telling/showing a loved one how much they are appreciated, a trip to the movies, or a lazy day on the couch. These small appreciations can help us stay grounded and focused, even when life feels like it's moving at warp speed. 

So if you've been feeling overwhelmed lately, take a deep breath and remember to appreciate the little things. Because sometimes, the best way to deal with life challenges is to simply sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride.
