So many of us have that one friend that loves to tell stories. When you sit with them, there is never a dull moment. They share these beautifully crafted stories that keep you captivated, at the edge of your seat and just leaves you wanting more. Interestingly, each one of us has been shaped by the stories that we were told, stories that go all the way back into our childhood and defined the outcomes of our lives to a great extent.

We then arrive at a place where we begin to own our narratives and begin to write our own stories. However, no story is written without a belief. Each story starts with what people have chosen to believe and identify with. The delight of any human soul would be to create their own narratives, own their own trajectory, and sustain the momentum for the rest of their lives. Lovely right?

Thankfully our Gospel is a beautifully crafted story; a story that God Himself wrote, to share His amazing love, mercy, and grace with all of humanity so that through His story, our beliefs can be shaped. This story is captivating because each one is reminded of a life that is free from the travails of sin- the sin nature that Jesus has carried and now the church has to tell the entire world about this captivating story. If we do not tell 'em, they’d never know what Abba has done.
