  • Episode 1x10: "I Am Become Death"
Welcome back for our recap of 110, “I Am Become Death,” AKA the one where everyone coughs up blood and it's SUPER GROSS. WHAT A GODDAMN INTENSE EMOTIONAL THRILL RIDE FROM START TO FINISH, for real. Come flail with us about Raven Reyes, brilliant vulnerable heroic self-sacrificing genius queen and Our Lady of Making Things Go Boom, and rage with us about Jasper and Harper and one of the show's rare missteps into blatant toxic masculinity. Also Murphy is back for blood-soaked revenge, the Blake siblings need each other, there are some REAL UNCOMFY Lincoln/Finn parallels we need to discuss, Clarke's Slytherin is showing, and Raven finally finally FIIIIIIIINALLY tells Finn she's reclaiming her time.

  • Meta Station Interviews Tree Adams!
Hello lovelies! We're back from hiatus, kind of! We were planning on returning the first week of August to dive back into our S1 recaps, but we just had to make an exception when given the opportunity to nerd out about music with "The 100" composer Tree Adams! Join us for a deep dive that goes from shippy flails (yes of course we asked about the Kabby theme and "I See You," we know what you guys want) to technical nerdery (there's a spreadsheet breaking down the specifics of the sound of all thirteen Grounder clans and Claire DESPERATELY wants to see it) to how Tree created a new sound of Becca's island to bring Raven's story to life and used music to take us on the evolving journey of Octavia's arc.
Plus tune in for some hot scoop on his new project "Duskriders," another female-driven dystopic sci-fi adventure with Tree Adams music . . . only this time, he is his OWN Rothenberg because he wrote the graphic novel himself.
We had a total blast, and Tree is the freakin' greatest. Go buy the S3 and S4 soundtracks, or check out our Spotify playlist of all the tracks he referenced in our interview here: https://tinyurl.com/treeadams
