It was an honour to interview and share with my colleague Heather Benna. She talks about her experience with PostPartum Depression, asking for help and then finding meaning in assisting others with getting the professional help they need as a Counsellor.   

Grounding Techniques: 1. Kegel Exercises - this can be done in a discreet way.  2. Deep Breathing and Holding Hands together, like a hug. 3. Holding a Stone in your pocket as a way to touch a surface to come into the present.
