On this episode of Metacosmios, we’re showing some love to Mercury. Though it’s often mentioned in exasperated tones while being blamed for tech snafus and miscommunications, Mercury is so much more than its retrograde phase.

Much like the Moon (and every planet) Mercury has a special cycle with the Sun, which creates different phases, and different flavors of Mercury as it moves through the sky.

In this episode, we’ll explore those phases - with instructions on how to determine your natal Mercury phase - and allow Mercury to be its magical, multifaceted self.

On this episode of Metacosmios, I’m joined by Jana of Feeling Loudly. Jana is a fellow Astrologer, as well as a Tarot and Akashic Records reader, a poet, and a diviner of all kinds. They are also a Somatic Parts Work practitioner and that’s the main focus of our chat. Jana shares their knowledge and experience in the practice of Internal Family Systems and Parts Work, and how they weave so beautifully with Astrology. We talk about the theory of it all, and then actually put it into practice with some examples from both of our charts. It’s absolutely magical if you ask me!
