Its you life dream to open a gym one day? You might want to listen to this episode and reevaluate a bit. Opening a gym is ALOT of work, and ALOT of money for NOT alot of money in return. BUT the satisfaction is second to none. Julius speaks on his bottom and being in prison before going into a rehabilitation clinic where he found powerlifting. In his short time in the sport he has set the bar unreachable, and WILL be the first man in history to bench 800lbs. Will that be the greatest feat of strength ever? Quite possibly!

Whats up world! I have a very special in person guest this week, my good friend and business partner at Ghost Gym Miami, Mr. Tim Grissel. Tim is the owner and founder of Ghost Strong Equipment. A company that has taken the powerlifting world by storm over the last 2 1/2 years since its launch in April of 2019. I was very lucky to be involved with this brand from early on. What's Up World? This week I sat down with one of my closest friends, Micah Marino. Micah is involved in the fitness industry in a broad capacity just as I am. We talked about his journey getting into powerlifting at an early age, to competing in single ply powerlifting and failing a drug test in the USAPL. This week I sat down with one of my favorite current powerlifters, Shane Hunt. This young man has burst into the scene and has climbed the ranks at a QUICK rate. We sat and talked about his recent performance, his prep for the showdown meet, and how he got into powerlifting. We also argued about how he may be one of the most aesthetic and handsome high ranked powerlifters.
