Jallianwala Bagh Massacre, also called Massacre of Amritsar, took place on 13th April 1919. Brigadier-General Reginald Dyer ordered troops of the British Army to fire bullets into a crowd of unarmed Indian civilians.
102 years have passed by but still our heart weeps while reminiscing the incident. It was the most tragic yet landmark event in the history of India.
On Jallianwala Bagh Massacre Day, Khushi Shah of Class- Xll is sharing with us a poetry dedicated to all the innocent people who were killed by the brutal British army.
