One of the strongest earthquakes ever recorded hit off the coast of Russia last night, prompting tsunami fears along the West Coast and in Hawaii. Tom Young of Plymouth is vacationing in Honolulu with his family. He tells WWJ that some people began evacuating when alarms started going off.
