Metropolitan SDA Church Sermons

Pastor Johns preaches "Footnotes" as the start to an awesome communion service, including the hammering of nails into a cross. Whose feet did Jesus wash? How did He wash them? Why did He wash them? And how do these questions relate to our lives today? Theo Milford leads praise and worship.

Dr. Booth, senior pastor at the Mt. Olivet Baptist Church in Columbus, OH, preaches about why, since we have God on our side, it is impossible for us to lose the battle.

We kick off our Black History Month celebrations with African emphasis week. We've got an African praise and worship set (led by Theo Milford), a dynamic African preach - Dr. Ganuone Drop - and lots of learning opportunities! Dr. Diop talks about why there is no curse on black people, and why we need to understand who we are. Enjoy, and join us for the rest of the month's festivities.

We'll have some interesting things happening during service on Sabbath - the rumor is that cash is going to be given away. Pastor Jackson Doggette - General Counsel and Director of Philanthropy for the Allegheny East Conference - is our guest speaker as we continue our focus on resolutions.

What's the time? How much time do we have left? What resolutions should we be making regarding our time? Get answers to these questions, watch us do our very best to keep our service on time, and learn about the most remarkable watch ever!

We're starting 2015 with Resolutions! This week Pastor B and Pastor Johns tag team preach as they prepare us for the resolutions we will make in the area of time, talent, treasure and temple. We also experience several unexpected "interruptions" during the service!

We're coming down to the end of our Beatitudes series. This Sabbath Pastor B preaches about an important attitude adjustment many of us need to make - being peaceful and peacemakers.

Pastor Johns teaches the difference between Pharisaical righteousness and the righteousness of God, and why - if we're not pure, we develop spiritual blindness and cannot see God.
