After graduating with a Bachelor's Degree from Portland Bible College, David moved to the Bay Area and started working for City Life Church. David and his wife started building a youth ministry from the ground up. One of the highlights of the youth ministry has been starting Bible Clubs in different schools along with running a Leadership College program for several years. Doing ministry in an urban context, the youth group is a true reflection of the diversity of the city.

Recent findings by Barna have revealed that the Christian population is on the decline, with only 10% of young Christians demonstrating a strong faith. One of the reasons for this could be the growing divide between learning and taking action. Kristi spent half her life in Mexico, but currently resides in Albany, Oregon, where she shares her home with her husband, her Mexican cats, and her gringa chickens.

Andrew Cromwell has served as the lead pastor of Koinonia Church (Hanford, CA) since January 2019. He first began serving on pastoral staff at Koinonia in December of 1999. 

He holds a B.A. from California State University Fresno and an M.A. in Philosophy of Religion and Ethics from Talbot Theological Seminary.

Andrew and his wife, Kerry, who is a practicing Nurse Practitioner as well as Women’s Ministry Pastor at Koinonia, have been married for 23 years and have four young adult children.

Pastor Julian Lowe is a passionate and humorous teacher of God’s Word who began following Jesus after a career in the music industry. After being introduced to Oasis by a friend — it is there he met his wife Christina, a Florida native, who moved to LA in 2007 to pursue a 10+ year career in the film industry. They were married in 2012 and after years of serving, became Lead Pastors of Oasis Church in October 2019. Through their passion to reach the city of Los Angeles, their goal is to have the church be a true family. They are always down for a dance battle or karaoke night with friends – and they are also convicted to continually learn to live the lifestyle of Jesus. Julian and Christina live in Los Angeles with their two children – Bailey and Dallas.

Prior to planting Legacy Church, Pastor Lyle spent many of his early years in ministry on the mission field with Iris Global where he was greatly influenced by the ministry of Heidi and Roland Baker. Pastor Allyson served and trained at Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry in Redding, California, before God called her to serve the local church in Nashville.

In addition to leading Victory Faith, Craig and his wife Monie provide apostolic oversight to churches in the U.S. and abroad. They are parents to four grown children and greatly enjoy being “Papa” and “Nana" to 11 beautiful grandchildren.

Trevor is one of the Pastors at Victory Faith Fellowship in Spokane, WA.  He has been actively involved in ministry for the last 31 years in Canada, Scotland and the United States. Trevor’s passion is to build the local church and to train up radical Christ followers whose lives will write the pages of history through their love, devotion and consecration to God. He is married to Heidi, his amazing wife of 23 yrs, and they have three children; Rhema (18), Isaac (16), Destiny(14), and Justice (12).

Pastor Candace Cortez is the Executive Pastor at Koinonia Church in Hanford Ca. She grew up in her church and has been on staff for more than 15 years. She has served in Children's Ministry, was the Youth Pastor, and now oversees the staff and operations as the executive pastor. She recently celebrated 16 years of marriage to her hero of a husband, Michael. They have two incredible kids, Jeremiah and Ezra. Candace is passionate about inspiring this generation to answer the call of God in their lives and leading them to love people well. She believes in her community, that she was created to create, and that every day is a good day to dance!
