The  micro-credit officer is lender’s primary interface with customers and  carries responsibility and ownership on critical aspects other than  business, such as brand image of the lender and micro-credit in the  market, identifying and addressing risks and ensuring adherence to the  process and regulations etc.  As the micro-credit business model is  quite standard and uniform, MFIN has launched these audiobooks as part  of an industry-wide on-line training-certification program that will  train-assess-certify micro-credit officers on all essential components  of micro-credit.
