Amidst a world of uncertainty due to COVID, deals getting done had slowed down considerably. So how did a young real estate rockstar close a deal during the height of the stay at home orders and craziness?? Stay tuned to find out!
Our guest Vincent has over 7 years of multifamily investing experience, and currently has 120 units valued over $5 Million under management. He specializes in market research, due diligence, strategic planning, project development, and execution. He recently held the position of Resource Advisor for the U.S Air Force where he drafted and managed the operational funds and projects for a $1.4B enterprise.
He is finishing a Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and holds a Green Belt in LEAN Six Sigma Process Improvement. Lastly, Vince lives out his passion for education as a real estate investment coach at the Wheelbarrow Profits Academy founded by Jake Stenziano and Gino Barbaro.
