His first deal, he went all in. Liquidated retirement accounts, took the risk, and made it work. Not recommending that path, but it shows the level of commitment early on.

From there, he reinvested everything back into the business and built momentum through volume.

But the real shift came later.

He realized building created more value than flipping.

 Then he realized building bigger created even more opportunity than staying small.

That’s the progression.
