He started as a CPA with PriceWaterhouse and PepsiCo and then transitioned into sales, selling software applications for several technology companies
Prior to establishing TZK Properties, he was responsible for the sale of residential and multifamily whole loan pools and was involved in over $4 billion in loan portfolio transactions.
He is also the host of the "Darin Batchelder’s Real Estate Investing Show".
