Our guest today, Mr. Paul Moore, his career at Ford Motor Company after earning an MBA from Ohio State. After five years of work at Ford, he started a staffing company with a partner which he sold to a publicly traded firm five years later for $2.9 million. 

After helping with three successful developments, including assisting with the development of a Hyatt hotel and a very successful multifamily project, he was led into the commercial multifamily arena.

Today, He spends his time doing live events on which asset classes are most vulnerable and more importantly, strategies for real estate investors to implement now to build massive wealth post-Covid. 

He wrote the book, The Perfect Investment: Create Enduring Wealth from the Historic Shift to Multifamily Housing, 

He is a HUGE contributor to Fox Business & Bigger Pockets and is the host of the podcast HOW TO LOSE MONEY.
