After spending 14 months flipping single-family homes, we realized that we could have been doing so much more with multifamily investments. 😅 So, we set a crazy goal—to co-sponsor 100 units by the end of 2019. We didn’t quite hit 100, but 55 units later, we knew we were on the right path! 🏢💥
