We're back with a brain breather this week and in it I share about something called TOXIC SHAME which a therapist told me about a while back, introduced to me with a poem which I present in this podcast. It's a big and helpful concept, not like, in it's effect, but in having a name for this thing a lot of us carry. That weirdly corrosive center gifted to us by trauma. At least, that's my understanding of it. I got pretty intense with my self-talk in this one, I hope you find something useful in it. Hydrate, self care, be well.
