Traci Stumpf (who is a host and comedian and also my friend) joins me to talk about hypocritspo, this is stuff we like to make fun of but then also we use hypocritically to actually try and improve ourselves, but also we talk about like... just making choices to change oneself? And being motivated by pain, especially shame of hating oneself as a child, especially when you're in your awkward puberty phase and how some of us carry fucked up ideas from that time for a long long time. What's the difference between shame and regret, stuff like that. In typical My Good Bad Brain fashion, we're all over the place.
