They played the Norfolk press conference. On that tape a federal grand jury in the Eastern District of Virginia returned an indictment against seven people on October 14. The names on the tape include Virginia Senate President Pro Tempore Lillie Louise Lucas of Portsmouth, her daughters Lisa Lucas Burke and Theresa Lucas Lamb, her grandson Ryan Eichelberger, Prince Albert William Hudson III, Carlton Upton Jr., and Tamika Johnson. The tape said Lucas accumulated nearly $5 million in ill-gotten gains over nearly five years. A later $4.5 million figure on the same tape is administrative cost going back into the Norfolk office, not that gain total. Shannon read her line, I'm too old to not be greedy, before the tape rolled. Attorney General Todd Blanche and FBI Director Kash Patel took the podium. An indictment is an allegation. The grand jury returned it.

John Solomon, on a Glenn Beck tape they played, said Brennan received a target letter, and that a court filing shows prosecutors told him he is a target. Jeffrey said you only give that notice if an indictment is close. Equal justice under the law is the standard they put on the Solomon tape: California was noticed on about 20,000 suspected non-citizens on the 2026 voter rolls, and the charge they described runs at the officials who let those ballots through, not at the voter first.

Monday is not a theory. It is a citizen's ballot, and a pipeline that has to get built.

The Justice Department arrested more than two dozen people in a California sweep aimed at alleged non-citizen voters. That is the clean-election receipt. Not a vibe. A sweep. Shannon put the inverted poll story next to it: if the people they say are not voting are not voting, the intimidation narrative does not hold.

The economy receipt is steel and gas, not a slogan. Jeff read the Energy Department move: 42 million dollars in Defense Production Act funding to advance Constitution pipeline projects, in the same breath as Secretary Burgum's infrastructure work. Shannon put the land fight beside it. Vast federal acres locked up over a lichen on a rock is not conservation. It is a stop sign on the work.

First Lady Melania Trump's order, Advancing Women's Health to Improve Outcomes in All Phases of Life, played on the hour. She called it a transformative moment and named superintelligence, biotechnology, and cures women can actually reach. President Trump, on the same tape, said a women's health division inside the National Institutes of Health had not existed, and that it exists now, with Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. leading the White House task force.

France is the warning, not the model. The report they played put more than 550,000 people in the streets, Palestinian flags and communist flags in the same frame, and a town hall that survived two world wars set on fire. Shannon's No Kings book report from the Valley said the local rally fell flat, under 500 people, and that Google tried to rename the flop a strategy until it admitted a conventional flop. The close was assimilation. Washington told Adams in 1794 that newcomers who settle in isolated groups keep the old language and the old habits. They have to intermix and become one people.

Jeff and Shannon walked the pattern: outlets and doomer voices try to peel supporters off the president, then a Ken Dilanian report said FBI Director Kash Patel had landed in Russia. The correction is that Patel was at Liberty University in Virginia. They named Kyle Seraphin and Steve Friend as the usual ex-FBI voices behind that kind of scoop.

Then they played President Trump in the Rose Garden, honoring firefighters, police, and first responders, talking Narcan, the Honoring Our Fallen Heroes Act, and a helmet from Steve Hirsch of the National Volunteer Fire Council. Jeffrey put the receipt on the table in the first minutes: it is going to all work out, because it always does. That is the clip they used. It is not a new slogan he spoke as one sentence.

Fraud out was the work already on paper. Jeffrey read a CMS release: 189,000 subsidized enrollments with duplicate coverage or a death on the record, $738 million in improper subsidies prevented this year, $1.5 billion annualized. Shannon walked the FBI scam-center arrests as the same cleanup. They played a Fayette County, Indiana, council candidate telling voters she would fire Republicans and that they have guns too. They played the Ilhan Omar tape on the marriage-fraud question and the disclosure gap. No charges were announced on the show. Judge Jeanine's confirmation of the probe was the on-air note, not a verdict.

Resources in was the other half, and Jeffrey read it off Trump's own posts. GlobalFoundries and Commerce, under Secretary Lutnick, a $21 billion semiconductor build in Malta, New York, with Japanese capital and a taxpayer share. Alaska LNG, a $50 billion infrastructure piece from Korea, plus a Taiwan offtake Jeffrey read as 70 to 80 percent of the gas and $4.4 billion in equity. He also read the Greenland exploration post as getting ready to begin. Getting ready is not wheels-down, and that post is not the New York or Alaska deal.
