In 2019 I gave birth to my twin girls via emergency c-section. Nothing went to plan, and it was a traumatic birth experience. Shortly after their birth, I began noticing extreme symptoms of postpartum anxiety, which turned into PPD. I suffered from this for a year, before getting help. I wish I had more support during this difficult time, and reached out continuously only to be dismissed. I created my own private coaching business for women, mothers/stepmothers as a way to create the resources that I wish I had.
