      Durante más de tres años en Hive, he aprendido mucho sobre lo que significa crear contenido en la web 3. Si bien no me considero el mejor ni vengo a dar una cátedra al respecto, pero siento la necesidad de contar mi experiencia y mis percepciones sobre esta habilidad y sobre todo enfocados a los nuevos integrantes de nuestro amado ecosistema de Hive. En esta primera entrega me voy a enfocar en los contenidos escritos, porque aunque mi fuerte es lo audiovisual, también escribo con alguna frecuencia.

! [English] During more than three years at Hive, I have learned a lot about what it means to create content on the web 3. While I don't consider myself the best, nor am I here to lecture on the subject, I feel the need to share my experience and insights on this skill, especially with the new members of our beloved Hive ecosystem. In this first installment, I'm going to focus on written content, because although my strength is audiovisual, I also write fairly frequently.

      Muchos llegan a Hive con la idea de ganar dinero rápidamente. Y ojo, no está mal querer monetizar, pero ese no debería ser el enfoque principal y mucho menos inicial. En la web 2 es muy difícil ganar plata, particularmente nunca lo he logrado, y la web 3 no es una máquina de imprimir criptomonedas.

! [English] Many people come to Hive with the idea of making money quickly. And mind you, there's nothing wrong with wanting to monetize, but that shouldn't be the main focus, let alone the initial one. It's very difficult to make money on the web 2, I've never managed to do so myself, and the web 3 is not a cryptocurrency printing machine.

      Una de las mejores sugerencias que te puedo dar es que escribas sobre los temas que te apasionan y que medianamente manejas. En mi caso particular, me encanta realizar deportes y en especial el ciclismo y el running. También me gusta conocer historias reales de personas comunes y es por eso que en ocasiones realicé contenidos al respecto, que tenían que ver con entrevistas y algunos pódcast. Esos contenidos es lo que normalmente subo en la blockchain de Hive porque es lo que vivo y disfruto al máximo. En cambio, no hablo de cine porque no veo películas y no canto, básicamente, porque no sé hacerlo, pero me encantaría. Hive te permitirá escribir de lo que quieras, pero cuando más conocimiento y pasión tengas por el tema más valor real vas a poder ofrecer al ecosistema.

! [English] One of the best suggestions I can give you is to write about topics that you are passionate about and that you are reasonably knowledgeable about. In my case, I love sports, especially cycling and running. I also like to hear real stories about ordinary people, which is why I sometimes created content related to this, such as interviews and podcasts. That's the kind of content I usually upload to the Hive blockchain because it's what I live and enjoy to the fullest. On the other hand, I don't talk about movies because I don't watch them, and I don't sing because, basically, I don't know how to, but I would love to. Hive will allow you to write about whatever you want, but the more knowledge and passion you have for the subject, the more real value you will be able to offer to the ecosystem.

      Bien, estas herramientas que menciono, las utilizo porque realmente me gustan, pero no son las únicas. Solamente tómalo como referencia y busca la que más te gusta o te represente. Por supuesto, aquí no te voy a explicar una por una, ya que en el contenido audiovisual de más de una hora me tomé el tiempo de explicarlo a mi manera. ! [English] Well, I use these tools because I really like them, but they are not the only ones available. Just take this as a reference and find the one you like best or that suits you best. Of course, I'm not going to explain each one here, since I took the time to explain them in my own way in the audiovisual content that's over an hour long. ! [English] I believe that these details I mention make a difference. Pay attention to the recommendations I give you and print out more information, looking at other content similar to this, and then find your personality and your way of doing things. Your personal style is what will connect with the viewer or reader who will consume your content. Be yourself, because we all have something to say and influence others.

      Las diferentes front-ends que existen en Hive son todas realmente muy buenas. Tómate el tiempo de conocer una a una y busca tutoriales al respecto porque sinceramente existen e indaga en las diferentes herramientas que tienen las mismas. Eso hará que tus presentaciones sean bien presentadas, valga la redundancia. Es muy importante lo que transmites y también cómo lo haces. Los trabajos bien presentados, pulcros, armoniosos, hacen que el lector disfrute de tu contenido.

! [English] The different front-ends available in Hive are all really good. Take the time to get to know each one and look for tutorials about them because, honestly, they exist, and explore the different tools they offer. This will ensure that your presentations are well presented, if you'll pardon the pun. What you convey is very important, but so is how you convey it. Well-presented, neat, harmonious work makes the reader enjoy your content.

      Este punto lo considero de vital importancia porque si bien todos somos curadores de contenidos, están los que potencialmente nominan para que puedas recibir incentivos. Y si los links a los cuales haces referencias no están bien presentados, es muy probable que el curador pase de largo y tu tiempo no fue aprovechado ni maximizado. Con esto no te quiero decir que con una presentación extraordinaria tienes garantizado los incentivos. Simplemente, digo que aumentas las probabilidades de recibir algún tipo de apoyo.

! [English] I consider this point to be of vital importance because, although we are all content curators, there are those who potentially nominate you so that you can receive incentives. And if the links you refer to are not well presented, it is very likely that the curator will pass you by and your time will not have been put to good use or maximized. I am not saying that an extraordinary presentation will guarantee you incentives. I am simply saying that you increase your chances of receiving some kind of support.

      El apartado de recursos también lo considero de vital importancia, ya que al igual que el punto anterior, la mayoría de los curadores miran estos espacios para certificar si realmente las menciones, están bien hechas.

! [English] I also consider the resources section to be of vital importance, since, as with the previous point, most curators look at these spaces to verify whether the references are accurate.

      Si aparecen menores de edad, tuyos o ajenos, agrega un descargo de responsabilidad. Protejamos a los chicos y cuidemos los derechos de autor. En el video te cuento cómo lo hago.

      Las menciones también son de relevancia, ya que el tiempo de todos tiene un valor y es por eso que mínimamente debemos mencionar a las personas que de alguna u otra manera colaboran con nosotros.

! [English] Mentions are also important, as everyone's time is valuable, which is why we should at least mention the people who collaborate with us in one way or another.

      Las redes sociales de la web 2, deben servirnos como apalancamiento para dar a conocer nuestro proyecto comunitario al mundo entero. Somos socios propietarios y de nosotros depende el trabajo de marketing que hay que realizar para dar a conocer, las bondades de nuestro ecosistema. Cotidianamente realizo la tarea y en el video te explico cómo lo hago.

! [English] Web 2 social media should serve as leverage to promote our community project to the entire world. We are owner-partners, and it is up to us to carry out the marketing work necessary to promote the benefits of our ecosystem. I do this task on a daily basis, and in the video I explain how I do it.

      Los hashtags también son importantes utilizarlos y hacerlo de la manera que entiendo, es correcta. Seguramente habrá otras formas de hacerlos y quizás en los comentarios nos ayuden al respecto.

! [English] Hashtags are also important to use, and to do so in the way that I understand to be correct. There are surely other ways to use them, and perhaps the comments section can help us in this regard.

      Realizar un banner y mantener activo tu blog es de vital importancia. Normalmente recomiendo tener varios, que representen a tu marca personal, y por supuesto ir cambiándolo cada cierto tiempo. Particularmente lo hago así y creo que es lo conducente.

! [English] Creating a banner and keeping your blog active is vitally important. I usually recommend having several banners that represent your personal brand and, of course, changing them from time to time. That's what I do, and I think it's the right thing to do.

      Realizar una publicación no termina cuando aprietas el botón publish. Pienso que ahí comienza la tarea de un verdadero creador de contenido de la web 3. En el tutorial te cuento cómo lo hago.

! [English] Publishing a post doesn't end when you hit the publish button. I think that's where the work of a true Web 3 content creator begins. In the tutorial, I'll tell you how I do it.

      No soy un experto en el tema, pero tengo varios kilómetros recorridos y es por eso que comparto lo que a mí me funcionó. En el ecosistema de Hive todo es válido mientras respetemos la filosofía de la misma. Enfócate en crear contenidos originales, entregar un valor real y sobre todo intentar realizar buenas presentaciones. Estar en constante aprendizaje es algo que considero importante, siempre preguntando, aprendiendo, viendo los tutoriales que ya existen y por sobre todo, mejorando en cada entrega.

! [English] I'm no expert on the subject, but I've got a lot of experience under my belt, which is why I'm sharing what worked for me. In the Hive ecosystem, anything goes as long as we respect its philosophy. Focus on creating original content, delivering real value, and above all, try to make good presentations. I believe it's important to be constantly learning, always asking questions, learning, watching existing tutorials, and above all, improving with each delivery.
