Acknowledge the good and express your gratitude. When we focus on gratitude and appreciation for all the things we have and the people we know, it keeps you focused on positivity. IN fact, starting your day with a few minutes of showing gratitude sets the expectations of your day. Focus on the good and give no attention to the negative aspects in your life. When you give negativity even a minute of your day, you are feeding it. Shift your focus to what you are grateful for. A quick exercise for this is simply to think of something that makes you happy or brings joy. It shifts your mind from a negative state to a positive state. It redirects you to start thinking of what you are grateful for. Need help shifting the focus in the morning. Setup your sleeping area where you can immediately see something that brings you joy the moment you wake up. Maybe a photo of someone you admire, a item that brings good feelings to mind, or even a manifestation board. Anything that can immediately shift
