Have you ever received a gift that was not what you expected? Maybe you really wanted something special and what you got didn’t measure up. In this message, we are looking at a story in the Bible where something that seemed like a major disappointment became a launching point to real purpose and truth.

Many of you have heard of the three wise men in the Christmas story, but I wonder how many of us have heard of the three wise women of the Christmas story? This weekend we’ll find out who these wise women were and what part they played in the story of Jesus’ birth.

Guest speaker Pastor Charles Montgomery Jr. starts off our new Series Unwrapping Christmas. Most of us might be familiar with the general Christmas story about Mary and Joseph in a manger. But there’s a lot more to the story than we tend to think about, and we want to unwrap it together!
