Founded in 2015, Hicks Management Group is a full service athletic management and marketing agency. Moral integrity is the foundation for our success. Due to the small boutique atmosphere, each client will receive individualized attention inside and outside the professional arena. HMG will provide expert advice during each client’s career, which will catapult them to a successful life post sports.
HMG will provide professional quality service with individualized attention to its clients. We will exhaust every opportunity through different means in each client’s tenure. Our goal is to treat our first client like our last and our last client like our first. The base of the objective is derived from a strong moral fiber. Integrity will be ensured through transparency and being forthcoming in every business venture.
CEO Michael Hicks has a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management from Loyola University and over 5 years of experience in the related industry. Hicks has worked for professional agencies to gain relevant experience. He has scouted and recruited over 500 athletes.
Growing up Michael competed in a number of sports which assisted him with obtaining primary insight on athlete’s preferences. The need for individualization was the primary factor that led to the formation of HMG. The love of the game is embedded within Michael. This innate aspect allows Michael’s message to be genuine while developing relationships with clients. He believes in the premise that moral integrity is not just a concept; it is a lifestyle to live by and maintain.
