Micah Logan is a seasoned entrepreneur, http://Forbes.com business contributor, and fractional executive with over two decades of experience building and scaling companies across industries.
From 2003 to 2023, Micah founded and grew one of the most recognized and award-winning fitness brands in the Northeast U.S., scaling to five retail locations before successfully exiting the business. In 2021, he transitioned the brand into a franchise, earning national recognition including the 2021 FRAN-tastic 500 by FranChoice and Top Franchise Influencer by 1851 Magazine in 2022. He was also featured by 1851 Magazine as one of fewer than 10 Black franchise owners in the U.S. during Black History Month 2022.
Micah currently serves as the CEO of HushFrame, a disruptive CONtech company in the soundproofing space. Under his leadership, HushFrame has secured nationwide and global licensing and distribution deals, scaled inventory production by 5x, and expanded its revenue streams from one to six—all without external investment.
In 2020, he joined the Executive Board of the Massachusetts Independent Fitness Operators (MIFO), helping support over 550 fitness businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic. That same year, he began delivering keynote speeches and trainings, now totaling over 80 presentations to Fortune 500 audiences and global webinar attendees on topics such as business strategy, growth mindset, and entrepreneurship.
In 2024, Micah launched The Logan Companies, a firm offering fractional executive leadership and business coaching. Through his firm, he has coached companies in over six industries—helping small business owners scale efficiently, improve operations, install KPIs and SOPs, and generate millions in additional revenue.
A specialist in turnaround strategy, budgeting systems (Zero-Based and Operational), SOP development, and leadership development, Micah's core belief is: "Positive actions beat negative thoughts."
He is also the host of The Common Cents Show and the creator of the Small Business Mastery Newsletter, which delivers weekly growth strategies to entrepreneurs and leaders across the U.S.
