Europe on board with adult-use cannabis?

Is the California market going to collapse?? Is the cannabis taxes too high for businesses in California? There have been talks that the high taxes will cripple the industry with a collapse in the future if things don't change. Cali is a great example of what not to do when going adult-sue with the high taxes. It's ridiculous especially in a state that grows outdoors and it's easier to do. We go into detail discussing this topic is Cali cannabis going to collapse.

The other topic we get into is saliva testing for cannabis is pretty inconclusive compared to alcohol swabbing. So in other terms, if you smoke cannabis a saliva test cant tell you how impaired you are at driving your vehicle. It's not like Alcohol which you can tell how impaired someone is by doing the saliva test. We think this is a great win for cannabis and something we have personally agreed with that a test would be unfair for your daily users or heavy users.

On the latest episode of MiCannaCast we discussed Willy J Peso brand collab with Heavyweight Heads here in Michigan. We review this product which is called Giraffe Head. Safe Banking Act is nixed again by congress they took this bill out of the defense bill.

When will we see Safe Banking for cannabis? This is a major issue that needs to change because it's not fair for an industry that can do payroll, get loans, and more because it's cannabis. You take the taxes from these businesses they should be able to bank like all other legal businesses in the United States.

Over 400 cities in New York have already opted out of opening cannabis shops in their citites. It seems like this happens a lot when states go legal, many cities will opt out but once they see the revenue from the shops they will be open to it.

Episode 110 of MiCannaCast, Cannadave & Groovee give an update on Viridis Labs Recall & we have a strain review for you! Have you tried or heard of Tuna God? it's a cross between Tuna Kush and BC God Bud. It was grown by Godflower and we picked this up at the Reef in Detroit.

We kick off with the Tuna God Strain Review. It was a calming and smooth smoke it was a different smoke compared to other strains. Cannadave hasn't tried this before, and Grooovee tried this strain once. This is why we decided to choose it. Let us know in the comments if you have tried it and what you thought of it.

Viridis Labs
Viridis Labs is suing the state regulators 230 million for the cannabis recall that happened last week. It's the biggest cannabis recall in the state of Michigan maybe even in the U.S. We discussed this on our past wake n bake. This is going to be a huge hit to the cannabis market in the state. over 400 stores have been hit by this with up to 70% of products off the shelves for the holiday season.

Uber Eats is getting into cannabis delivery out in Canada. There is a catch tho they actually can't deliver it to your house in Canada still because they don't allow it. YOu are just able to order through the app and pick it up! It's a step in the right direction but they need to be able to deliver your cannabis. Nobody orders from uber eats then go in picks it up the whole point is the delivery part. We will be paying attention to this as it continues to grow.
