Today we are on location in the town of West Yellowstone Montana at the entrance to Yellowstone National Park. I am joined by my wife Shay as well as Jeff and Stacy Emery.  We spent a week exploring Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons National Parks.  We talk about all the highlights of the parks and share some funny stories along the way.  Glad you are along for the ride.

Today, I sit down with Jack Tanner from Michigan.  Jack is the former admiral of the Great Lakes Maritime Academy in Traverse City Michigan. Jack started working on the freighter's that travel Michigan's great lakes right out of high school. A 2nd generation seamen and one of the youngest to work the ships,  Jack quickly rose through the ranks which eventually led him to teach at the Maritime academy and finally led the academy as admiral.  His story is as unique as the history of the ships that cruise our states great lakes.

We continue the conversation with Jeff Best and shift gears into the history behind how he started Devil's Rope Studio.  Jeff found a way to turn rusty old barbed wire into unbelievable works of art.  What was once a simple show and tell project for his children for school turned into a business where Jeff has become one of the premier sculptors in the country.

Today's guest is Nathan Derdowski from Midland Mi.  Derds as he is known is a talented local bass fisherman who is making a name for himself throughout Michigan's Bass Fishing Tournament networks.  He talks about his time spent on the water and how he breaks down lakes during the year starting from ice out in the North to traveling to the Southern states chasing world class small and large mouth bass.  We get into a deep conversation about forward facing sonar and his thoughts on how it has changed bass fishing.  Nathan has a knack for finding some of the biggest bass our lakes in Michigan offer.
