Fan Expo Philadelphia is always an adventure, and this year delivered unforgettable memories!

Join Mackenzie and Mom as they recap three action-packed days at Fan Expo Philadelphia filled with cosplay debuts, celebrity encounters, panels, amazing food, and connecting with fellow fans from across the galaxy.

Day 1 featured the debut of Mackenzie's Kay Vess cosplay from the hit video game Star Wars Outlaws, complete with Nix riding along in a pet carrier that quickly became a fan favorite on the convention floor.

Day 2 brought out the Retro Armorer, featuring a special piece of family history—a vintage jacket that once belonged to Mackenzie's great-grandmother. It's a cosplay that combines Star Wars fandom with family heritage.

Day 3 was perhaps the most anticipated moment of the weekend: the debut of Mackenzie's X-23 cosplay while meeting Dafne Keen. The highlight? Dafne herself said Mackenzie and she were "twins!" After seeing the photo-op, you may agree that the resemblance is uncanny.

The duo also attended the "This is the Way: Inside The Mandalorian" panel featuring Temuera Morrison, Brendan Wayne, and Jonny Coyne, along with a more intimate discussion panel with Brendan Wayne and Jonny Coyne.

Of course, no trip to Philadelphia would be complete without continuing the Macsrebo tradition of bringing local pickles from Reading Terminal Market to one of the actors they meet. Add in exploring new restaurants, visiting friends in the 501st Legion and Mandalorian Mercs, meeting artists and vendors, attending panels, and immersing themselves in fandom, and you have the perfect convention weekend.

The Force was strong this week on Episode 8 of Mic’d Up with Macsrebo!

For the first time ever, Mackenzie teamed up with Mommy to host the podcast as the ultimate girl power duo recapped an unforgettable Star Wars-filled weekend across the galaxy.

The adventure began at Star Wars Day at Yankee Stadium, where the family secured some incredible limited-edition collectibles and treats including the viral Grogu Dirt Pudding Sundae, the exclusive Mandalorian and Grogu Yankees soda cup, and the glow-worthy lightsaber mini bat. Plus…the Yankees pulled off another victory!

Next, the duo shared their experience trooping at Star Wars Day at the Westchester Children’s Museum alongside the Galactic Academy Denon School of New York. Mackenzie suited up as Hera Syndulla and joined fellow young Padawans in bringing smiles, fun, and Star Wars magic to families attending the event.

Then came an out-of-this-galaxy moment…an exclusive 25-minute IMAX preview of The Mandalorian and Grogu at the Regal Deer Park Cinemas! The ladies cannot wait for the full movie to hit theaters May 22.

One bounty was not enough…so Mackenzie and Mommy secured TWO Burger King Bounty Boxes during the Star Wars weekend celebration! The duo also collected two different limited-edition Mandalorian and Grogu collectible cups as part of the galactic fast-food collab. From exclusive packaging to fun collectibles inspired by the upcoming movie, this bounty hunt was absolutely out of this galaxy and a must for Star Wars fans and collectors alike.

To close out the ultimate May the 4th celebration, Mackenzie and Mommy dive into the epic finale of Darth Maul: Shadow Lord and share their thoughts on how the story ended.
